Privacy notice
Top Hat Solutions Inc. ("we", "us") respects your privacy. We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the rules of the National Privacy Commission.
What we collect
When you fill in a form on this website, we collect only what you type in: your name, work email, company, company size, the service you're interested in, your role (if given) and your message.
We don't use advertising trackers. If we add visitor statistics, we'll use a privacy-friendly tool that doesn't identify you, and we'll update this notice.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your request and arrange a call
- To prepare a proposal if you ask for one
We don't sell your data, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list without asking.
Where it's stored
Form messages are delivered to our business email through Formspree, a form service based in the United States. This means your details may be processed outside the Philippines. Formspree keeps the data secure and only uses it to deliver the message to us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client. Client records are kept as long as required by law and our contract.
Who can see it
Only the Top Hat team members who handle your request, and the form and email services we use to receive it.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your information, or to stop using it, at any time. You can also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.
